You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email, or by texting “STOP” to opt out of marketing SMS. You may still receive transactional messages related to your orders.

We will verify your request before responding (typically by confirming information already associated with your account) and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days). You may also authorize an agent to act on your behalf; we will require proof of authorization.

7.3 California-specific disclosures (CCPA / CPRA)

In the prior 12 months, we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 2 and shared/disclosed the categories described in Section 4. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of minors under 16. We retain personal information for the periods described in Section 6.

7.4 “Shine the Light” (California)

California residents may request a list of the categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes during the prior calendar year. To make such a request, please contact us.
